More than 25 years and 10 studio albums – using gross sound strength mixed with subtlety and grace – Mogwai defined his own musical genre and built loyal followers, remaining faithful to his sound and faithful to his roots. The film takes us on a journey from the beginning, in the mid -1990s, until the band writing and rehearsing their tenth studio album in their hometown, Glasgow, Scotland, in 2020 – a record made during the blockade. While, at first, apparently impossible to do, they finally made history with it.
